I am an experienced leader, developing and managing academic and community organizations. My current position is Campus Dean for the New York Institute of Technology Beijing Program. My experience includes program organization & administration; business management; project & event direction; curriculum development; budget coordination; committee leadership; marketing & media coordination, fund raising; grant writing; and strategic planning. I am skilled at group participation and leadership. My design training gives me experience in planning, and the relationship between promotions and development; developing creative solutions to build and grow organizations.

 NYIT-Beijing Campus Dean & Associate Professor for multi-disciplinary MFA and BFA program in Beijing, China.

 NYIT-Beijing is a dual-degree partnership between NYIT and the Communication University of China.

 Responsible for all day-to-day and long term management and coordination for program offering 8 graduate and undergraduate

 degrees, with 7 faculty and 250 students. Curriculum development, instruction for MFA and BFA graphic design courses.
